Are the paintings hand-painted?

Every piece is 100% hand-painted by professional artists on premium canvas—no prints or digital transfers.

Can I request a custom size?

Yes. Custom sizes are available. You can choose an existing artwork and request dimensions that better suit your space. The store also allows customers to customise colours, composition, finishes, and selected details before the artist begins painting.

Can colours be customised?

Yes. The colours of a painting can be adjusted to better complement your interior, furniture, or preferred colour palette. You can submit your requested changes as part of the customisation process.

Will I see the artwork before dispatch?

Yes. For customised artwork, a personalised preview is provided for approval before the artist begins hand-painting the final piece. This gives you an opportunity to confirm the requested design and changes.

How long does a made-to-order painting take?

Production generally takes around 7–14 days. With standard delivery, the overall production and delivery process can take approximately five weeks. Express delivery is also available and can reduce the total timeframe to approximately three weeks.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. My Modern Art offers free international delivery worldwide on its artworks. Paintings are shipped with insured delivery, and an express FedEx or DPD option is also available for an additional charge.

Can I return my painting?

Yes, standard non-customised paintings can be returned within 14 days, provided they are kept in their original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable import duties. Customised paintings cannot be returned, since they are made specifically to the customer's requirements.
